Can I really change my brain?
The advice on this website and the whole “Happy Brain System” are based on scientific studies and real evidence. It is important, however, to keep in mind that each of us is born with our own unique traits, genetics, and brain and therefore the results will not be identical for everyone.

Remember, also, that it may take some time to find the root cause of the problem. For example, a person suffering from migraines caused by a sensitivity to gluten can implement some of my tips and may see some improvement, but the biggest impact will come from giving up gluten.

While the techniques in this system will help the brain work at an optimal level, no remedy, diet, lifestyle, or even drug or surgery, can cure the incurable. Even so, a healthy lifestyle and mindset may help slow the progression of a disease and decrease the severity of the symptoms.

How long does it take?
Implementing the strategies that I explore on this website can cause immediate results, but for most people it will take a couple of months to really notice a change. Luckily, many of these strategies are lifestyle changes that will benefit your physical health also, so it’s a win win for your brain and body.

I work with my private clients to find the most effective strategies as soon as possible. The quicker we get to the root cause of the problem, the quicker we can build methods to deal with it.

How much work is this?
The majority of the changes we suggest are simple and natural. But as with any lifestyle changes, a certain amount of discipline and dedication is necessary. Not every change or strategy will apply to you, but even if you choose to follow every nugget of advice, the changes are something which the average person can very easily incorporate into their daily routine.
